Refund policy

At Cinewebby, customer satisfaction is important to us. Refunds are handled fairly and transparently.

Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be initiated in the following cases:

Product received is damaged or defective

Wrong product delivered

Order cancelled before shipment

Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images or videos).

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

Size or color mismatch due to customer preference

Minor color variations caused by screen/display differences

Products damaged after delivery

Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)

Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
